BLT Dip


Ingredients: Directions:
  1. Place mayonaise into a bowl and add in the bacon bits.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Peel skin off tomatoes and cut into very tiny pieces.
  4. Add to the mayo and bacon bits and include the juice.
  5. Do a taste test and add more tomatoes or bacon bits as needed.
  6. Toast bread and cut into squares.
  7. Dip and enjoy!
Notes:This recipe is very good! This recipe came from my sister Tina. One time, I included this recipe in with some of mine for a cookbook fundraiser and my name was included along with the recipe and my sister claims I stole it. hehe. Now she looks for theft on any recipe she gives me.
