My Mom has always loved the taste of Ground Beef and Baked Beans and I found this recipe in a cookbook of mine and it has become a family favorite. It is simple to prepare and easy on the wallet. I can prepare this dish for somewhere in the neighborhood of $2.00.

Beefy Baked Beans

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 - 28 ounce can pork and beans

1/2 cup ketchup

1 to 2 Tablespoons vinegar

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon hot sauce

Directions:
1. Cook ground Beef and onion until Brown
2. Drain well
3. Mix with remaining ingredients and stir well
4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Total Cost to Prepare: Around $2.00
