Chicken Santa Fe


Ingredients: Directions:
  1. Drain corn and place in bottom of crock pot.
  2. Drain and rinse black beans and add to corn.
  3. Add 1/2 cup salsa on top of the corn.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Place chicken breasts on top.
  6. Pour other 1/2 cup of salsa over chicken.
  7. Cover and cook on high for 2 & 1/2 to 3 hours.
  8. When chicken is done, take out of the crock pot and cut into pieces or shred.
  9. Cube cream cheese and add chicken and cream cheese to the crock pot.
  10. Allow cream cheese to melt.
  11. Stir well and serve.
