Corn Dogs


Ingredients: Directions:
  1. Pat hog dogs dry.
  2. If desired, cut into 3 pieces and insert toothpick in end.
  3. Mix egg, milk and shortening and add this to the cornmeal mixture.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Roll hot dogs in batter and place into hot oil.
  6. Fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
Notes: Serve with honey mustard, yum!
