Easy Bake Apple Pie
Ingredients:
- 6 cups tart apples, sliced and pared
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 Tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
Streusel Ingredients:
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 Tablespoons firm margarine or butter
- Mix all Streusel ingredients until crumbly.
Directions:
- Mix apples and spices.
- Spread in greased pie plate, 10 x 1 1/4".
- Beat the milk, margarine or butter, eggs, sugar and Bisquick until smooth.
- Pour over the apples.
- Sprinkle with the streusel.
- Bake at 325 degress until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
