Fried Rice


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions:
  1. Heat vegetable oil in skillet.
  2. Add green onions and cook until tender.
  3. Add rice and stir constantly until rice is heated.
  4. Stir in soy sauce.
Notes: Makes 6 servings, 1/2 cup each
