Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions:
- Heat vegetable oil in skillet.
- Add green onions and cook until tender.
- Add rice and stir constantly until rice is heated.
- Stir in soy sauce.
Notes:
Makes 6 servings, 1/2 cup each
