Hobo Packets
Ingredients:
1 square of heavy duty alum foil about 20 x 20
1 ground beef patty ( preferably the leaner the better)
1 onion slice
1 potato, peeled and sliced into 1/4" slices
1 carrot cut up or 3 to 4 baby carrots
Sprinkle of garlic powder
Splash Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Place the ingredients in the middle of the foil in the order listed to make a stack.
Fold the foil over 1" and keep folding it down to make a tight seal on the top and then fold the edges in 1 inch at a time to make a watertight package.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
