Potato Soup


Ingredients: Directions:
  1. Saute' onion, celery and garlic in skillet until transparent.
  2. Add potatoes and carrots and enough water to cover.
  3. Bring to a boil then reduce heat & simmer until potates are tender.
  4. Drain potatoes and reserve liquid.
  5. Return liquid to pan and whisk in cream cheese
  6. Return potatoes to mixture and heat through.
  7. Enjoy!
