Sausage Balls
Ingredients:
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 1 pound sausage, hot is best
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- a little shortening
- a little water
Directions:
- Mix bisquick and shortening together.
- Mix cheese and sausage together.
- Mix bisquick/shortening and cheese/sausage together.
- Take a heaping teaspoon full and roll into small balls.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Notes:
I used a food processor to mix this recipe together.
