It is easy to make and easy on the wallet. I listed the cost of each ingredient next to it. The recipe says it serves 4 but they would have to be very hungry so I think it would serve about 6, or maybe 4 and then leftovers for someone for lunch the next day! : ) The total recipe cost me $2.36 to prepare, making it around .40¢ per serving.

Ingredients: Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown ground beef and onions in a skillet and then drain.
  3. Stir in all other ingredients and place in a casserole dish.
  4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until potatoes are done.
Total Cost to Prepare: $2.36
