Broccoli Casserole

  • 2 packages or 1 bag of chopped broccoli
  • 1 stick margarine, divided
  • 8 ounces Velvetta cheese
  • 25 Ritz crackers or 1 sleeve
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook broccoli and drain well.
  3. In a small pan, melt half of the margarine and cheese over low heat, until creamy.
  4. Add to the broccoli and place in a buttered casserole dish.
  5. Melt the other half of the margarine.
  6. Crumble the crackers until fine and add the melted margarine.
  7. Sprinkle on top of casserole.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
