This recipe came from a former co-worker and friend of mine named Glena. It has become a family favorite of ours and I have brought it to many parties and dinners and always receive compliments on it.
Tuna Pate
Ingredients:
- 1 large can or 2 small cans of tuna, drained well
- 1 - 8 ounce block of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 3 Tablespoons Chili Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Onions
- 1/4 teaspoon Hot Sauce
Directions:
- Using a hand mixer, mix the tuna and cream cheese until well blended.
- Add other ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate, overnight if possible.
